Tom has been with Manarin for over 12 years. In 1990, he earned a Master's Degree in Economics from University of Texas at Austin. In 1998, he earned a Master's Degree in Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver CO. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics in 1981 from University of California, Davis. From 1990-1993, Tom was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the USAF Academy in Colorado. In 1991-1992, Tom also held a position as Adjunct Professor of Economics at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. He is an avid Longhorns fan and Dodgers fan. Tom is married with 5 children.
