About the Seminar Series

The Manarin Wealth Building Seminar Series consists of three 2-hour sessions, taught in the Omaha metro area and Lincoln that will help you understand money; make smart investment decisions, and organize your financial life so that you have more time to spend doing the things you care about such as:

• Spending time with friends and family
• Enjoying retirement
• Traveling
• Less worrying about day-to-day finances

Over the course of three consecutive weeks, you'll gain knowledge about retirement accounts, understanding what investment is right for you, asset allocation, annuities, financial safety, gold, stocks, insurance and more. So why is this seminar series different than simply reading a personal finance book or attending some other seminar?

1. A classroom environment and plenty of Q&A.
   During or after each week's session, our instructors will answer your specific questions on the dollar, inflation, deflation, the stock market and any other concerns you might have.
2. Not just investing - economics and geopolitics.
   How will your life change as the economy becomes more nationalized? Governments and the Federal Reserve have control over the flows of money which impacts the economy of your world as well as the prices of the investments you own. We'll help you understand these issues in simple terms while showing you how to protect yourself.
3. We won't try to sell you anything.
   Most financial seminars and workshops invite you in with a fancy dinner and then hit you up with a slick sales pitch at the end. Yeah, we hate that too. Our job is to teach and there is no cost to attend. You can attend the individual sessions in any order you choose although we do recommend chronological order. In fact, you can attend as many times as you like and nobody will ever call you with an agenda. That's the way Roland set it up when he created the seminar over 30 years ago and we're not changing that.

Here's why you should attend: Very few of us grow up learning about money and establishing smart financial habits. And once adulthood is reached, more money is spent on enhancing our lifestyles than providing for our future. When was the last time you invested in yourself?
